When at last the boy at the window got up he asked me how he helped me I gave him my reservation and then after looking at his computer he told me that there was not the car that had booked that there was only one Nissan Versa that was the only thing he had. I asked him for what I had booked an intermediate or better and he said no, Well after back and forward with cars I had to pay an upgrade and lost almost an hour in this I just have to say that they should improve their customer service both the girl with the short hair and the boy at the window, extremely rude attitude of both showed very little desire to help customers.
I must say that I came to this office at a bad time that day for employees only two attended to the clients. This was on October 11 at 11 in the morning

Picked up car late in the afternoon after a car wreck. Lady was very nice and helpful. Had car for a little over 5 weeks total. Did have to get a tire repaired due to a nail which was not a problem because it was covered by enterprise! I accidentally left my garage door opener in the rental vehicle and called the next day and they had it waiting for me and I went and picked it up. Nice, caring people and business!!! Will recommend to anyone in the future in the area!!!!
I had a reservation one month in advance when I arrived, a boy sit on the right windows desk dissimulate my arrival, I was standing in the counter for at least 3 or 5 minutes, then a girl with a very short haircut who attended to a Mrs. old lady who did not decide if the car they gave her was what she was looking for, also did not look up or say good morning. She totally ignored me standing on the other side of the counter.

I am extremely Pleased!! I have never rented a car before and I got a mini van. It was very inexpensive and they made it super easy! I Would HIGHLY recommend enterprise of Port Charlotte to anyone ..It was a crazy awesome easy experience!! Great job Port Charlotte branch!!!!
This is criticizes constructive remember that there are many rental companies of vehicles; we also know that Enterprises has a good price but it is not free. Just treat your customers as they would like to be treated.

Staff great,and whenever I have used them,(5 times in 5 years) they have upgraded me and I never asked. Return deposit in fasy,timely manner. Bit of a wait,but worth it.
