Can't say enough good things. Hats off to Mili and her crew. Thank you again for taking care of me and I was able to travel to see both my son's in the Air Force this past 11 days and also see my wife :) The entire trip was affordable because of the great prices from Avis and a nice discount through USAA. Couldn't be happier.

Over charge
Have rented from here a few times. Friendly staff and they get you in and out quick. Good prices.
I won't go anywhere else. The owner, Mili, is right up front taking care of customers, as she always has since the office opened 7 years ago. She is a shining example of how to take care of customers. I actually look forward from renting from Mili. This morning I turned in my vehicle and was helped by a very nice gentleman who had me checked in very quickly and back to my daily routine without waiting. Of course, it gets busy at times, and there are always weird availability issues no matter where you rent a car, but Mili and her team do everything possible to make renting a vehicle a good experience, even fun if that is possible.
I would like to say that customer service I received from Port Charlotte office was wonderful. Avis associate really nice and very professional. Additional, this associate was bilingual, and that it's really good!!!
