I am usually always greeted by friendly girls in the PC store each and every time, and I frequent this store often, however, I went into this store one day to return an online purchase and was told I couldn't because I had used PayPal to buy the item, even though this is always how I purchase my online items. What was even stranger is that I had called the day before and was told by the manager that I could return the item no matter how I paid as long as I had my receipt/invoice. They need to get their stuff together and be more consistent. And if you can't in fact return an item to the store that's been purchased with the PayPal option, they need to tell you this when you are checking out online so you know ahead of time. Also, I really wish this store would sell more of the popular pieces found online. I have gone in there on numerous occasions with my online cart full of stuff, and I'll read out the sku numbers to the sale's girl so she can pull the pieces off the racks for me, and I kid you not, there will be like maybe 1 item in the actual store, and that's if I'm lucky. At the end of the day, I will keep shopping in this store and hope that they take the feedback that customers leave them seriously, and make the necessary corrections needed so that they can improve the overall shopper experiences.
Horrible. That Jackie girl. And to the Darcie girl idk what store you went to but the one in the port charlotte town center is full of amazing wonderful woman except for Jackie and now have lost the most amazing, nicest, perfect worker for that store because of lies that you were the one who probably told. Will never go to that store again now. I will stick to other stores and online. Evil you and her. Shame on both of you.
I literally just left this store as i could of been a first time customer. I was looking for a particular shirt that a girlfriend of mine was wearing and said she purchased from Torrid. I walked into the store, was not greeted with a friendly hello nor did anyone come to ask if I needed any help or if I was looking for something in particular. I was looking for something particular. I walked around the store for a good 10 minutes as well by the 2 sales associates as neither of them acknowledged me. I ended up leaving, buying nothing and not a happy customer...
