The manager saved the day when the Chuck Taylors we ordered from the factory showed up in the wrong sizes on the day of my brother's wedding! He had exactly what we needed ready and waiting for us when we dashed in. Dave- you rock! Thanks for the help!
They have a decent selection of footwear for the family that's usually 'buy one get one half off', which is awesome. You can also order from their website if you want a size or style not in stock locally and return in-store if you need.
This place is great with absolutely fantastic customer service. Had a pair of white Nikes sent to me in the mail because the store did not have them in my size when they arrived one shoe appear to be somewhat discolor so I took them up there and with absolutely no hesitation they hadn't swapped out into another pair that they now had in stock and for more than happy to get me taken care of in a timely manner without any hassle. Would definitely recommend this location and again some of the best customer service I've dealt with in a long time. The store's manager should give lessons on how to work in retail
