This company's salesman promises a timeframe, but does not stand behind it. Sent out a bad crew, plus only 3 guys instead of 6-7 as promised by salesman. Covered up the vent stack, ridge cap tiles warped and did not flatten out even after 3 months. Office lies, the owner blows you off. Had to hire a different company to fix his crappy job. Do not hire this company, they do no stand behind their work. Douglas Restoration is awesome and came out right away to fix the ridge caps.
Everyone at company are good professionals very nice receptionist, Alex the owner took the time to explain the process and difference between quality of materials and companies.
We highly recommend Alex and his crew. What a beautiful job they did and so professional. They were very organized and clean. Alex is so knowledgeable and old school professional who sat down with us and explained things to us no other company did that! We had estimates from other companies who never even came to look at the roof. No surprises at the end. What the contract says it what you pay. His name was given to us from a friend and we are sharing his name with our friends!

This company is amazing and super fast! Called for a quote and Alex came out the same day. We signed a contract that day and that afternoon they were dropping off supplies. The day the roof got replaced it was started early in the morning and completed before I came home from work. Amazing!
After the hurricane the roof of our house had some damage. I asked Alex to come and assess the situation and give me an estimate for both repair and replacement of the roof. Because of the age of our house my wife and I chose to have the roof replaced. Alex and his crew arrived on time (actually, early) and set to work. They removed the old roofing, installed an entire new roof in one day. Everything was done in a workmanlike manner using extremely high quality materials. All of the old material was disposed of and our yard was completely cleaned-I mean spotlessly cleaned. Alex came after his crew had completed the work and inspected everything again, and found (I think) two old roofing nails and tincaps in the garden mulch. The job was started on time, finished early and perfectly done. We couldn't be happier. If you need roofing work I strongly recommend Suncastle Roofing.
