I called for a roof repair or replacement quote as hurricane Irma damaged my roof. Stephen came the following day and was very informative and answered all my questions. In addition he came and put a tarp on our roof to ensure we wouldn't get further damage from the rain until we can file a claim to get it replaced or repaired. We will be using this company for the work and will include another review when the work is complete. I highly recommend them.
Always quick responses. It was a difficult situation because it was part of our purchase contract for a new home. Closing date changed 3 times, he was with us the whole time. The workmanship and customer service is top notch.

I can not tell you how many times he has saved deals for me. He has done roofs before closings and got paid at the closing table, done repairs to meet everyone's expectations including the insurance companies, and met insurance adjusters to get sellers a new roof. I know what some of you are thinking -"Oh she would write a good review for him because she is his mother" Believe me, when I say I would NOT be using him if he was screwing up deals for me. Business is business and I am a business woman that takes being a realtor very seriously. I can not recommend a roofing company, air conditioning tech, plumber, electrician, septic company, or home inspector unless they are reputable. It is OUR reputation that is on the line if something goes wrong.
We have a big hole in our roof from the hurricane. Reached out to Douglas and an appointment was set for him to come and give us an estimate.I called not once but twice to verify that they were really coming.I cancelled paying appointments in my own business to be there for this appt which is very important to me. With thirty minutes to go before the appointment they tell me the owner is NOT coming. And maybe if I am lucky, maybe he can find some time next week but only maybe. Based on this terrible treatment I would rather NOT have a roof then allow this irresponsible person anywhere near my home. If you want very poor manners and irresponsible behaviour this is the spot.
My broker uses him as well as many realtors in my office. They constantly are telling me what a good job he is doing and how he saved a deal for them. I would like to thank Steven for sending out his crew to fix some ridge cap shingles that were done by another roofing company. After three months Suncastle roofing still would not address the issue of warped tiles that would not lay flat, and kept blowing me off. Steven sent a crew out right away and they were great. Fixed the warped capping in no time, were professional and did a good job. I was kept informed of the time they would be there and they showed up on time. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job. I did notice a one star review for this company and I do not think it is right to one star a company when no work was done.
