So very willing to work with their clients, and such amazing rates!!! Less than half the price if the competition when I switched around a year ago.
I chose this company because they were the newest facility in Charlotte County, which means it's very clean. They never charged me a dime in administration fees or deposits and even when my payment was late didn't try to auction off my things. Their customer service is phenomenal and they treated me with understanding and professionalism, that's why I love places that are family owned and operated they actually sympathize.

I think something is really wrong with the older blonde woman at the desk, and I say this because she has no sense of customer service, she screamed at me as if I was her Child to leave the property, called the cops on me and threatened me all because I was standing by the office waiting on my friend to come out of his storage unit on top of that she called me a racist slur. Horrible service hands down.
