WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Don't go with this company. My family and I have moved many times since my wife and I got married almost 40 years ago and NEVER have I had a moving company treat me so poorly.
Please save yourself the time and trouble and DON"T EVEN CALL THIS "SO CALLED" MOVING COMPANY.
We has scheduled for one of there trucks with 3 individuals to come at 8:00 am to move the furniture. I was call just before they were schedule to arrive and was told that they had a "small" move in a community near us and would it be ok for them to do that one first and then do us later in the day? I told them yes and that is when my issues began. At 4:00 pm that same day I called the local office and was told that the job took longer then expected and that they were finishing up and would be on there way within 15 minutes. At 5:30 pm I called again and was told that they were on the road and would be there shortly. At 6:30 pm (it was getting dark and I decided to cancel the job) I call the local office and the person who picked up was in Dallas and that the local office had closed for the day. I cancelled the move and told them to turn there truck around and not come to my house. At 7:00 pm (full dark now) the truck final showed up and I was so made at being lied to, I told the truck that I had cancelled the move.
We used All My Son's moving today. Not only were they fast and efficient, they were friendly and kind during a stressful situation. Thanks guys!
Bad communication with the customer, No communication with there own people and they lied to me multiple times. No Customer support at all.
Later I found out this had been the same company that had moved him and his family from Virginia to Louisiana and all of there furniture had been damaged.
I only gave it a single star because you can't post unless you select at least one. This company doesn't rate a star at all!
