Called at 9:05am. By 10am they were at my house and cut me a new key for my car. Problem solved. Great customer service. I am very thankful.

This company destroyed my door lock, meaning I have to leave it unlocked all the time. When asked what I was supposed to do now to access my car, I was told that it had nothing to do with them and that he hadn't touched the lock (even though I had just seen them do so repeatedly).
it took me a total of 15 minutes to lock myself out of my car and have them get me back in. Very grateful and very happy.
Incredibly, AAA use this company, so they are helping my to get this damage repaired, but it wont replace the wasted afternoon I just had being messed around by this company, or the money I paid them to be worse off than I was before they "rescued me".
