Horrible customer service by the female the few times I went there. Very rude and condescending both in demeanor and vocally! Acted like she was doing me a favor. Chalking her attitude up to a "bad day" was no longer an option. Good product...lousy help!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. If Mike wants to keep his customers he needs to find a new receptionist. I called twice this morning and both times she gave a terrible attitude and sarcastic tone. I will find someone else to help me with my issue.
