I called after a hurricane to get shutters unlocked (since I did not receive a key when I purchased my home), and someone came out and unlocked all of them at no charge. She said I'd get a duplicate key later, but the convenience of calling and having someone come out and do that service without hassle or charge, that's a wonderful thing.

He seemed uninterested in doing the work and left without providing me with any detail. Contacted the office regarding the poor service and someone was supposed to call back. My guess that no one will call, nor that I will ever get my quote.

They have a very good window line and are meticulous with installation. Ours were replacement windows. They did storm shutters for us years ago and are still very happy with Harris the owner and his staff....
Todd Matasek was just over an hour late for our scheduled meeting at 9:00. I had to wait several weeks for this meeting, after stopping into the office to schedule. He informed me that it would take at least two weeks for him to get back to me with a quote, because they were very busy and he would get back to me when they could. Informed me that hurricane sliders would be $4-5000 apiece. That is a huge range! Mostly this is one of the highest quotes of all. Did not bring a window to look at when he came out and told me that I would have to go into the office to look at the window. Why did they not tell me that when I stopped in to book the appointment weeks before?
