On Friday December 19 2008 at 11:30 am my wife went to the Savon store in Port Charlotte to purchase a Lazyboy recliner. The young man who waited on her said there were none of that model available except for the floor model. He went to ask a supevisor if the floor model could be sold. After what she says was quite a lengthy wait he returned with " I can not find anyone who knows so you will just have to come back some other time" Needless to say we are enjoying our new chair from Warehouse Furniture. If your help doesn not know something and does not know who to ask they should just stay away from customers. Allen Parr North Port, Fl.
We had a great sales person named Carl who was helpful and not pushy at all. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very helpful when we couldn't decided between the both of us. The manager Mark was also helpful and easy to get along with as well. They were helpful and on top of it when we needed to change our delivery date and we appreciated the phone calls ahead of time reminding us of the delivery date of our furniture. We appreciate the way they treated us and would use them in the future.
Our salesperson Deanna was excellent and everyone associated with the Port Charlotte store made us feel very important and welcome. They showed us many varieties of furniture that we were looking for, gave us options and were never pushy. We were given a great deal without any "hard sell". The delivery was made on the weekend after 3 verification calls from the store and warehouse. We could not have been more satisfied with sales, office personnel, quality, price and the personal touch that was given by Savon.
