Terrible customer service and I will never go back to Aaron's
Moral of the story..
I rented to own for a house that I owned, made all payments was never delinquent. When it came time for a final payment and I tried to call in to make a payment like I always had, I was told well being this is the last payment you have to come into the store. After two weeks went by and I still couldn't come into town to make a final payment the manager said we can take the payments but not after I was charged 30 dollar fee. I was told I would be contacted back within the next business day.. That was a month ago
Would give none if possible. They let others come in on your account whenever they please. After even signing agreements regarding that issue. Wouldnt recommend to any one.
Got what we thought was a new frig just before Thanksgiving. It started leaking water 3 days later. With out even looking at they said they were waiting on the part. lol I kid you not, they said that.. Well after several more phone calls and several month's later we STILL have a frig that is leaking water EVERYWHERE.... ssmh
Customers seem to come first. and their staff is second to none Ron Bernie and Jim are always there to help any way they can
This Aarons is the best; from the customer service to the actual staff working there, down to the items for sale. If there is ever an issue resolution is prompt and efficient. I have been with them for 2 years and am purchasing two large ticket items. I will continue to do business with the Port Charlotte Aarons.
For you own good stay far away from this place.
