I rented a recliner for 6 weeks to sleep in after shoulder surgery. I paid for the 6 weeks in advance but it was a week to week rental. I didn't need it after the first week and returned it but they wouldn't refund the unused amount. The guy (Chris) said he had no way to do a refund. What kind of legitimate business can't do a refund?
