I was never given any rates nor was I informed about how I was going to be billed.
We had Matt's Electric come out and figure out what was going on with our pool lights. He discovered after tireless effort that when they had switched over to the new electrical box they had cut the wires and never hooked them back up. Instead they shove them up in a space in the wall. I thought the rate was reasonable he was here for 3 hours found the problem fixed it and the bill was less than 200. We plan using them to come out and hook up the rest of the cut lines.
This company is very expensive for their service . They will charge you for service call even if you agree for the service. They came in and overcharged me and without even leaving an invoice. Also when I asked if there is a service agreement why should I pay for service call and the electrician told me he is busy and not having the time to explain . Again , all I have to say they collected money without even an invoice and overcharged me more than service agreement and service call . Please stay away from them . This company is not straight forward and not reasonable in their pricing .My biggest concern is in their website it says free estimate but they charge for their service call.
I did read the other review and I would suggest they work on their billing procedures.
