I was disappointed in my visit today. They once again moved the store around and very inconvenient to find what I was looking for. Then had to walk the store to find an open register.
The people there go out of there way to help you nice place hair salon lady are so nice

Had to return several items. A lady named Terry waited on me. Very efficient and pleasant. Went to another dept. To purchase some lingerie. Lady was pleasant but trying to sell me J.C.Penney account. I've lived here way over 50 years, if I wanted one I'd have one already. Then what should have been a simple purchase turned into. " well, in order to get the sale price you have to buy two more, or pay full piece, or buy two less and pay full price. Blah, blah, blah. THAT'S exactly why I don't shop that often. I hate this "sale" garbage. I ended up paying almost $ 65.00 for 8 pair of undies I didn't need. The receipt is over a foot long. I'll pay the price just to have a pleasant experience. I like sales, but I don't appreciate having to buy what I don't need.
