Very courteous staff, reasonable rates and great outcome. They service our whole family and several friends' vehicles.
We've used S&S Money for auto repairs for the last 3 years, and have had no major issues with their work or the cost of repairs. We drive to New England at least once a year, and we usually take our vehicle to S&S money to ensure that it's ready for the 2500+ mile round trip. They've found a few issues (belts, etc), but these checkups have always been very reasonably priced. We've also had an instance when they couldn't reproduce the problem we were seeing, yet they didn't charge us. It was clear that they had spent time on attempting to find the issue, and they were at pains to let me know what to do if/when the problem reoccured.
Excellent service, dependable, HONEST through and through... They keep you updated throughout your repair... PHENOMENAL MECHANIC!!!
My only issue with S&S is that they aren't always great with communication ... in several instances, I have had to call to find out the status of our vehicle. It's not a major issue, but one I wish they would fix. But I'll have no hesitation in bringing either of our vehicles to S&S the next time they need some repairs.
I have used them for years on all my cars and the service has been perfect. I have sent many friends to them and have gotten nothing but thank you from all of them. Fair pricing great service and nice people, what more could you ask
Mechanic side of this business is seriously lacking in customer service skills however the lady in charge of the uhaul side was amazing and very helpful. She stayed late to make sure we got a uhaul and car trailer so we could continue on our journey. She is the ONLY reason I give this place 5 stars.
