Max was my salesman and I would recommend him to everyone. He is very nice and Knowledgeable about the VW cars and not pushy ,very sincere.
I don't often give reviews, but I wanted to thank Robert Smith for the honest work he does! Car salesmen have a general stamp on them that the public views as, they just want to make a sale and it's all about money. I must disagree with this general label due to the fact that I've not met such a genuine car salesman! THANK YOU ROBERT, TEN THUMBS UP!!! Honest people is hard to find these days, but it was perfectly displayed by Mr. Smith!
I recently bought a used car there. Sam did his best to make sure I had an A++ experience. Worked hard on the price, made sure to clean the car the best he could. Would 100% recommend VW Port Charlotte and Sam!

Most shady car dealership I've ever experienced! They promised to waive our car miles by signing another lease, then try to get us to sign a form agreeing to mileage charges, THEN they change the contract last minute from $2k down to $3k down before we were supposed to sign. Lucky we walked out before being scammed! Beware!
