Love all my experiences at Groves veterinary clinic, walking into a place full of smiles makes your day go better. When ever I have to take one of my fur babies there, they are treated like they are their own. Dr. Groves takes the time to explain everything an has such a pleasant attitude. He treats you and your pets like family.
So glad I found them.
My three dogs needed vaccinations asap when I called on a Saturday. Because we are new patients, I really didn't expect to get them in until at least Monday. But to my surprise, they asked if I could bring them right in. Their staff was amazing!
They were quick to schedule my dying pet even though I was not then a regular client. We had just moved to the area and had the misfortune of using another local clinic and I wish we had found Groves first.
In any case, if you care about who lays hands on your pet, Groves is it.

Having worked for two first rate clinics myself, I recognize the excellence at Groves. Efficient, friendly, and very caring. They are knowledgeable and follow up care with phone calls. I'm one of those 'my pets are my family' type and it DOES matter to me who cares for my pets.
I want to take the opportunity to thank Dr. Groves and his staff for the overwhelming kindness they showed to my mother and the excellent care they provided to her cat. My mother lives on her own and I drive down from Tampa every couple of weeks or so to assist her with shopping, doctors appointments, etc... During my last visit her cat was not well and knowing she could only come in when I'm in town the staff accommodated us on a same day appointment. I observed the staff cater to my mom from helping her in and out of the car to carrying the cat carrier and making her a cup of coffee. I was even more impressed by Dr. Gross patience with my mom (she is hard of hearing) and the time he spent listening to her concerns. Everything was explained well and instructions were written down by the staff for mom to follow at home. Very impressed from start to finish with this experience. The attentiveness shown by this office was beyond what we've ever received from any of moms medical doctors.
