This is just your basic strip mall. I came here to go to the Best Buy to get a camera for my father. There was sufficient parking and a good variety of stores. There are also some fast food spots. There's also easy access to get into the strip and back onto the road. I really don't have any negative feedback to give them.
This center is like any other shopping mall but for one exception. It is small and you get to know the people who ran the stores. There is also an opportunity to create friendships with the sales people. Port Charlotte has a small community of people that come here for the winter. So for the most part there is small number of residents. The mall have a full court and movies. There are also may good restaurants around it. When you come visit, more so if you are a shopper. Because traffic is light, the stores are having great sales all the time.
