Good friends of ours just purchased a lot and are going to build a "coach house" on it. Beautiful setting on the Peace River. Great community services and facility.
Large paver lots, this will ultimately be an owner managed park which should not change the experience. Class A only, impeccably managed grounds, clubhouse and pool. Easy pull in and exit. We stayed on a lot overlooking the Myakka River- worth the extra cost. We didn't buy our RV to own a lot but if we were to seriously consider owning, this resort would make the short list. Pay attention to the directions to avoid encountering roads with low hanging obstructions- reasonably close to Boca Grande which is worth the trip for fishing and the beach. Also good restaurants (no chain restaurants). Very quiet park unless you are adjacent to a construction (a number of casitas being built for lot owners)
When we go thru the gate our life changes... so much we are purchasing. A little piece of heaven on Florida west coast. Exploring the area is a daily fun fest .
