If you are going here to pay a bill make sure you call ahead of time to ask about availability as the hours of operation that are stated online do not match the hours bill pay is available. I've used them on multiple occasions and EVERY time I have come in the women behind the counter act like you are bothering them and they lack customer service. It really isn't that hard to smile and be helpful but they act like it's painful. I only go here if it's absolutely necessary because of how rude the service is.
I have been to MBA several times. I have always been greeted and treated with kindness and respect. The employees have great personalities and are also very professional. I especially love Kathy and Linda. I will always recommend MBA for any postal needs and more!
I have been using MBA services for over 10 year for business and personal reasons and would always recommend them to anyone. The organization and layout makes it easy to find what you're looking for. If you need to pay your utility bills, there is a register dedicated to that with a large sign when you walk in where to stand in line. The employees are always professional with a friendly attitude. I love walking into a business and hear the employees smile and laugh, which I saw in Mandy. She was helpful, considerate, not pushy (hate pushy employees), didn't mind my walking around at my leisure and made sure to let me know if I needed any help just to let her know. Mandy and the rest of the staff, having to deal with nasty people with the attitude "the customer is always right" when they are not, deserve more than an "attagirl"!
