I have never had any loss of fish or coral.
Very clean store but customer service sucked, probably will never shop here or recommend any one to shop here, as I watched the owner or co owner belittle a novice reefer.:( Also I found custom service to be horrible first hand. This store is only 15 min away from my home but I'd rather take the 30 min trip up to Sarasota to have better customer care:)
Great selection of corals and fish,but more importantly Jonathan takes the time to educate and inform his clients. He will take the time to work with you and figure the best products and procedures for your specific application. He never tries to push anything on you, instead he will make a recommendation and explain the differences so you can make an informed decision.
I had a great experience! I bought a red reaf tank. Jonathan wasn’t pushy at all he just informed me and let me make whatever decision I wanted. He also stayed late for me. He really cares about his customers!
Atlantis is by far the best place around for your fish and coral needs! They have a wide selection of high quality rocks, supplies, fish and corals. Jonathan, the owner, is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He has been a wealth of knowledge before, during and after our aquarium set-up process.
