I asked the manager if it was Managements objective was to rush people in and out as fast as possible. To deliberately make them feel as uncomfortable as possible. Her reply was would you like to speak to another manager? I then asked if the server was new? She asked me "why"? I answered because I didn't think she knew what she was doing! Then I mentioned that our food was on our table before we started our salad. It is a shame to be able to offer good food, at competitive prices to get such an uncomfortable experience. Then find out that management didn't care either.
Our food was pretty good tonight. Our server was very pleasant and personable. I think my plate sat in the window for a bit, but overall good.
Our server was Chris he was outstanding! He is an assets to your company! I accidentally exited the survey when we were in the restaurant whoops.
One star for the food
Bring me all the bread sticks. Such a pleasant waitstaff food arrived promptly and was better than expected will return.
Normally we have a great experience with Olive Garden. This time, however, one guy too care of whole bar. He was very nice but had so many tables he couldn't keep up. We had soup and salad. It was our lunch and had to move quickly to get to work. Long wait at the bar.. Couldn't have soup refilled. Had soup eaten before bread ever came out. Couldn't order a drink. He didn't get back to us. Waited to long for check. No kiosk to use to pay bill. And to top it off. No mints. Very unhappy this time.
