Not rating the pizza. Really disappointed that employees seem to think it's okay to park in the driving portion of the parking lot that has a yellow curb and is designated a fire lane.
Ordered from this store for the first time today. The person on the phone was polite and professional, the delivery came before the quoted time, I was given the pen that I signed my receipt with and there were cups, plates and napkins with my order. Great Job!!!! Domino's and Pizza Hut losing right now. Even if I dont like the pizza, I'd pay for the service.
Ordered delivery last night.. it was the worst pizza ever. It was over and hour to get to me. I am 3 miles away... disgusting pizza... i will never return!

Waited 3 hours for pizza while starving and then they called and said there was a mistake and that I could come in and pick it up if I wanted. Terrible service. I'll never purchase anything from papa johns ever again.
