Horrible customer service. Kay has lost my business. It it wasn't for the life time warranty on her rings I would never walk in. The male manager was the only reason we choose to continue our business with them.

Reasonable prices. They stand by their product; if something happens to your jewelry, lost stone etc., they make it right.
