I went to look at an advertised Nissan truck and after waiting 45 minutes and going from one building to another I was told that the truck was not on the property and it won't be in until 3 pm the next day. Walking out someone asked me if I was interested in seeing anything else.
I thought Harbor Nissan was better than that.
Their employees are on here writing positive reviews.... sad.
Will never refer anyone to Harbor Nissan and will never do business with them, or Nissan again... I'll pay this car off and go back to Toyota.
I feel this was a bait and switch thing.
I escalated the call and was told they would fix the car.
Was told tires are brand new (and have it in a text). I took it to 3 tire shops and garages because the front passenger side tire won't hold air and I must add air every 3-7 days. ALL tire shops laughed at me and said the tires have about 1000 miles left on them.
Purchased a used car that has safety issues.
They said they would come get the car and drop off a loaner since I was over an hour away.
The day they were to come get the car, I received a call stating they would not be fixing the car as it was sold as is.
I was told I was being "given" a service plan because a finance company feels more comfortable because if something happens to the car, the car loan won't be paid, that's why the dealership was giving it to me. So, I signed. Come to find out, I was "given" anything, I was charged $1500 for it.
For those of you that know what you want but just need to work out a price don't bother with this place. Talked to someone in chat and also sent another request online, both asking for an out the door price. Told them email only due to hearing problems. Never got a response and after reading other reviews from others about bait and switch, as well as them not standing behind their agreements I am kind of glad that I never got a chance to think about buying there. My $30,000 will spend just as well elsewhere.

Bought a new car here was promised free oil changes for as long as I owned my car. Well after a while that all changed now they are charging $29 for the oil change and even more if you want your tires rotated. What has happen to honest businesses when you make a promise to a customer you keep it. Well I am going to be buying another Nissan soon and you can bet it won’t be at harbor Nissan and which ever dealer I buy it at I will get all promises in writing.
I specifically said I can't have a car that was smoked in. They covered the smell good enough during purchase and then after a few days, the disgusting smell of smoke is throughout the car and especially awful when you turn on the heat.
I called and called and nobody got back to me.
Dirty business.
How can you advertise a truck for sale and not have it on the lot.
