Terrible customer service along with very poor interpersonal skills. That about sums it up for the staff (at least when I was there). Overall the store seems dated bland and over rated. There are many other better options out there.
The staff caters to your NEEDS and answers ANY questions you may have.... OR GETS the answers, if possible, for you!! If there's something you can find at a better a price, or in an upcoming sale they're having, THEY'LL TELL YOU!!
The products they carry are at very reasonable prices, and the people are ALL GREAT!!
They are in the "CARING BUSINESS" more than the money making business!!
