This office is great. The staff is very welcoming. You feel right at home here. Dr. Matt is very thorough at the consult! I know everything there is to know about each of my teeth. My procedure wasn't pleasant yesterday but Dr. Matt and the girls did a great job! I would do it again today if need be. I had the whitening done after my extensive cleaning. I am rocking my pearly whites today. Thank you Dragonfly. See you in a few weeks. I do have cavities yikes! (I'm petrified of dentist. Not anymore)
My first impression when I walked in was very comfortable. Each member of the Dental Team was patient , calm, and very hospitable. The Dentist explained each and every detail thoroughly so I could pursue in maintaining a healthy dental experience.
In October 2017 my tooth had cracked and needed immediate attention. I was a new resident to the area and was unfamiliar with finding a Dental Practice. I proceeded to research and found Dragon Fly Dental. I called and left a message early one morning. Dragon Fly Dental immediately called back and helped me set up an appointment for the same day.
We moved to Port Charlotte, Florida from Michigan and needed a new Dentist. We were so grateful to have found Dr. Matthew Navidomskis at Dragonfly Dental in Port Charlotte. We found him to be a wonderful dentist and he has all the knowledge to go with it. He has all the latest techniques in dentistry available at reasonable prices, and he is also a very pleasant doctor to work with. He cares about his patients and goes out of his way to make you comfortable and make your dental experience a pleasant one. His staff is also friendly and makes you feel like you are at home right away. You will come from your first visit at his office feeling like we do, that you were lucky to have found this dental office. We would recommend Dragonfly Dental to everyone that we know. Dragonfly Dental is hands down the BEST dentists office I’ve ever gone to. The entire team was so friendly. I’m terrified of the dentist , but at this office I felt comfortable and almost felt like I was at home and they were family. Dr. Navidomskis did an outstanding job at walking me through my options and explaining to me what was going on. He made sure I completely understood and even showed me pictures of certain infections and side effects so I would know what to look out for. Kathy in the front also did an amazing job with my insurance and getting everything figured out for me. I’m glad to have Dragonfly Dental set to my primary dentist office and would recommend everyone I know to go there.
After bringing my 3 children and my (very-picky) Sister here for their dental care, I can now say that everything about Dragonfly Dental is different, but in a unique and caring way. Everyone from the Dentist to the Front Desk, even from my first phone call and for many other appointments since then, I have had nothing but positive and friendly experiences. I had been through a negative prior experience with one of the "Big Box" dental chains and knew that my family and I were looking for a place that would be happy to have us as patients and actually take time to explain everything throughout. I always knew all fees up front with my insurance and have never had any issues with getting my children in either after school or on Saturdays so as not to miss school. I recommend Dragonfly Dental if you are looking for a place that will treat you well and be patient and fair and give you the personal attention we all deserve as patients.
