Their equipment ruined the hood of my car!!! Watch out PC...This guy owns the one in Bradenton Fl and I will NEVER go through their car wash again! It use to be the only car wash I would go to about once a month. On November 6, 2017 I looked at the hood of my car after having it washed there and there were little white specks on my black hood of car. Their spinner (which they claim is a soft cloth) chipped the paint off. Then at the very back of my car, where the brush/roller device goes down away from car is also all chipped. They, of course ,denied everything and think because my car is 2005 and they have a disclaimer sign up that they are not responsible at all. The owner cant even call me back to discuss the issue, they have Alex , the manager, call me to say its not their fault. So I am doing this to help others and honestly I don't think it was the age of my car. My car was immaculate before this. Don't ever put your car, new or old, through their wash. So I read some of the comments and it looks like I am not the only one this has happened to. I'm working with other media outlets about this and a class action law suit might be a good idea. I wonder how many others don't post reviews that had the paint stipped off.
