STILL NO, I would understand if i was trying to take money but trykng to give money.. I HAVE NEVER had a problem like this before at any other bank, and i have 3 different banks i use.
RATING IS NEGATIVE..
All this was told to me after standing in line for 20 mintunes, with only two tellers working, and four workers sitting in there cubes doing NOTHING. .
After their malfunctioning ATM retained my card I was told it would be 6 days to receive a new one, however I could go by the BOA and get a temporary card. After being sent away from the cashier for no deposit slip for my deposit, (there were none out on the counter), I had to go into one of the offices to ask for one, who then referred me back to that cashier. I was then told that I could not get a temporary ATM card, because everyone who could make it was out to lunch, (it was 3:00PM and they close at 4:00). Lies, no service and an uncaring attitude make this branch unacceptable.
NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM DEPOSITING MONEY IN SOMEONE ACCOUNT AT AMY OTHER BRANCH..
Horrible bank.. have you ever heard that you cant deposit money in to someone account. YES THATS WHAT I SAID, THEY TOLD ME I WAS NOT ALLOW TO MAKE A DEPOSIT IN TO SOMEONE ACCOUNT, I HAD ALL HIS INFORMATION SS#, BIRTHDAY, ADDRESS..EXCEPT ACCOUNT NUMBER..

This is a review of the actual branch location and my general experience with Bank of America. I went in later than I thought I would to open a checking and savings account as well as discuss IRA options. They accommodated me with fifteen minutes to closing time. We successfully opened up both account and I was given the information I wanted about IRA options. Kimberly Nelson stayed late to finish up the paperwork and my deposits to ensure everything was in order before I left. I've made numerous deposits since then and everyone is friendly and quick. Whether Bank of America is the right bank for everyone is subjective. The branch location was good to me I would recommend it.
